Terrible attention for authorizations. Months ago I started with an authorization, I referred to the WhatsApp answering machine, he passed me the number to communicate and no one answered. From the other numbers of Andar they directly hang you. To this day I am still waiting for an answer. A shame. From what I saw they do not answer emails either.
It costs nothing to report that due to the situation authorizations are postponed or to send someone notified, instead of referring us to a number that is not active.
