Terrible customer service across all departments o...

Terrible customer service across all departments of the dealership. When I was having my jeep serviced there, the advisors and manager kept telling me they would call me the next day with updates or call me when my car was complete, and they never would. I would have to call the following day to ask. Most of the service advisors aren't friendly or welcoming. Service manager is rude and disrespectful.
