My friend and I went to Pep boys at 2916 Springfield rd, Broomall, Pa 19008
Last Sunday June 24, 2018 had our windshield wipers replace and I used windshield wiper yesterday morning found they weren t place in right one of them missing part and loose and the other weren t properly in, crack my window, went back to the service yesterday morning report about it, they replace the one missing piece and adjust the other one, the assistant manager told me call the insurance to get my crack window fix?? Huh?? They didn t properly install windshield wipers on right why should I call my insurance they should replace my window!! I called HQ this morning keep getting message from answering machine no live person to answer the phone??
