Pros: Nice units. Wood-style floors. Spacious. Nice gym and pool area.

Cons: Pretty much everything else. Neighbors from hell who do whatever they want without repercussions. No rules are ever enforced. On-site security guard is a joke. You'll wait a month to have your maintenance requests taken care of, if they ever get to them. Office employees are better at being on their phones than helping residents. Trash all over the place. There's one dumpster for 900 residents, and the trash compactor is broken 9/10 times so trash piles up and stinks, which has to be a health violation. The shuttle is either late, broken, or not even running. They decided, without even surveying the residents, that it wasn't worth it for them to have a summer bus because not enough people take summer school. They never even told anyone that. I had to be the one to ask about it.

Seriously, just don't live here. I wish I never signed my first lease, and they made us re-sign SEVEN MONTHS early to avoid having our unit given away to someone else. Don't. Live. Here.
