Went to room 139 to postpone jury service on a Thursday morning. Arrived at 0810. Two people ahead of me in line for security. By 0830 when security opened there were around 25 people in line. Room 139 office opened at 0845. Was second in line. Out by 0850. Transaction took 15 seconds (fill out back of jury summons before you get there). When I left the outside security line stretched down the stairs to the street and had around 100 to 125 people in it.
