The complex is not bad, but there is a lack of available sports equipment. I am not saying that it is necessary to make such an open air hall, which is at the Hydropark. But at least some playground should be.

In the 80's and 90's, there was a lovely corner where there were basketball rings, a few sporting equipment, and the ability to hang badminton and tennis nets.

It is unfortunate that things are getting hammered, creating only commercial objects within the complex, which have nothing to do with sports.

Well, there is a limited time when you will not be allowed to enter the complex from 21:00 (if not 20:00) (although there is a passage on the hill leading to the military hospital).
