We kept trying to get a quote on our vehicle to be...

We kept trying to get a quote on our vehicle to be serviced and the service department would never give us the exact price to get our vehicle serviced and repaired. I would think since this is a "Ford Dealership" they would be more professional and appreciative with their customers. This is the second time we've been disappointed.
