Customer Service is insanely horrible. The front desk staff are extremely rude, provide incorrect information and do not relay messages. I have currently been on hold for 20 minutes trying to get in contact with the billing department. I have been waiting on a refund for over a month now. I have been hung up on numerous times and have never received a phone call back when I left a message. They billed the wrong insurance for me and I had to pay as self pay because they messed up on their end. After calling to get the insurance situated on multiple occasions I had to finally drive over to the office and wait for someone to speak to me. I was advised I would get a call in regard to my account once it was billed to the proper insurance, However I have yet to have a call back. The organization of this office is unacceptable for a physicians office. My doctor for my medications is amazing but the therapist I was assigned was extremely unprofessional and spoke as if they were talking to a 5 year old. Do not recommend this office!
