TOLERANCE MUST BE ZERO.

For nine years I had the pleasure to work in Embraer of Ft. Lauderdale, Fl. in Shipping Dpt.
During this time some facts caught my attention, seen many situations of
favoritism and protection to employees of Bad Behavior, with many being suspended for disrespect, fights and others situations and all continue to work in the company.
NOTHING AGAINST any person, but AGAINST the POLICY of Embraer in support this situation.
The Embraer is next to FT. Lauderdale Airport in front of Passenger Terminal, Area of NATIONAL SECURITY.
I Reported to SHERIFF of Ft. Lauderdale Airport and HR dpt of Embraer on this situation.
We live a time that TOLERANCE MUST BE ZERO everywhere, specially in NATIONAL SECURITY Areas.
