Customer Service was fantastic!! Extremely pleasant to work with and everyone was very outgoing. We worked with Chris Scott and Westley who were very knowledgeable. We actually bought 2 cars and Westley was there with us from start to finish. Stop by and see Westley he is the BEST!! I recommended anyone who wants to buy a Kia or needs service, go to Covina Valley Kia. The entire Sales team was very professional and straight to the point. GREAT Buying Experience!! The SERVICE DEPARTMENT was also very professional. I previously had taken my Kia to another dealership for service that was very unsatisfactory. Covina Valley Kia kept me informed of the status several times throughout the day, and the car was ready later that day as promised.
