Best service ever.
Mind you I was shopping around for
A little over two weeks at different locations,
And nothing compared to Lexus Sales Service.
My guide/ sales persons Mr. Dean Royal (used inventory) and Mr. Chris Ashley assisted. Yes
Both were very friendly, courteous and helpful.
I understood at all moments where we were
In the process of my service.
They took the time to assist me during a
Busy day, and really appreciated there attention.
Mr. Dean Royal made sure all areas were sanitized and cleaned btw moving from one office to another.
I never felt rushed or pressured during my visit.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful during the
End process of owning my first ever Lexus Nx200t.
