It would be a good 4 star hotel but far away from ...

It would be a good 4 star hotel but far away from being 5*. We had a reservation for 5 nights there but cancelled it after the first night.
For me rooms seem a but dirty and we had a smoking smell in the bathroom. Pillows are not comfy and bed sheets don t feel nice.
Although pool area is nice and baby playing area is good.
