We purchased a custom living room suite from Crescent House 3 years ago. The sales associate told us she had been with the company for many years so we trusted her recommendations. She told us woven fabrics would wear better than poly based fabrics and would look more high end. She also sold us a very expensive protection plan which we believed would cover any challenges that might arise. We spent over $5000 on a sofa, chair and ottoman.
After a 9 months the fabric was pilling, the cushions were saggy, the ottoman cushion had slid off one side even though we rotated it regularly and buttons were coming off. We contacted Crescent House to use our protection plan/ warranty.
It initially took 3 days to find our policy and I had to provide every detail of our sale down to the salesperson and date and ended up having to send a copy of our paperwork. We were told that a repairman would call us to schedule an appointment.
We waited a month and no one called. I began calling every couple of weeks after that and it finally took 6 months to get someone to come inspect the furniture in person. The repairman said all the challenges were production issues and said he would be back in 14-21 days to complete the repairs.
After 3 months we called again and were told the fabrics still hadn t arrived but would be there soon.
It has now been 20 months since our initial call and still no repairs.

Just know that the furniture may look great in the showroom but it doesn t wear well and the post sell customer service is non existent.
