I bought a pair of walking/running shoes and gave them 30 days...but they still didn't feel "right". Mark was wonderful in trying to understand exactly was wrong, and finally traded the same shoe for 1/2 size smaller. Even though this isn't their standard of sizing, he made it feel "right" for me (I love the new size and they feel great!). Very understanding, very willing to do best by the customer. Absolute top notch products, knowledge, and customer service.
