Too bad you can't assign the black stars .. This company doesn't even deserve the star I assigned to publish the review. I consider it my duty to share my negative experience. I purchased an extraflame Nordic product, but I had problems and tried to contact the local representative. He never answered the phone either to the seller or to me. We asked the company if the representative or phone number had changed. I asked myself why they should be represented by a person who does not care about relationships with the sales network or with the buyers. The answer unfortunately I had, it is not a coincidence but a wicked policy .... as another consumer who did the review rightly said, after the purchase, the after-sales service is non-existent, the customer is left abandoned to himself ...
I believe that when you buy a product you have to choose not only on the basis of the technical performance of the product but also on the basis of the reliability of the after-sales service, which for all I have found is null. Nordica extraflame argues that the problem I reported goes beyond the after-sales service, and I prefer not to go into the disquisition of what they think represents or does not represent "after-sales". I would have expected that with regard to those who bought a product worth thousands of euros, at least there would be willingness to listen, I would have expected to be immediately put in contact with the representative who works on their behalf and name, to their place I wanted to understand the problem and try to help a customer. Instead? nothing, indeed for a few weeks they bounced back to me saying that they had already replied to the e-mail I sent, and in the end, after much insistence, they replied after weeks ... Unfortunately, my judgment is very negative and I confirm it.
