First off, let me tell you that even though the website for Shoshoni says "service dogs are welcome", don't believe it. Upon checking in with our service dog, we were told there are two other dogs that roam the campus. No problem, we thought, our service dog doesn't roam anywhere. Then the berated us for not telling them ahead of time we had a service dog (didn't think it was necessary given their message on the website). After that, we were told they have to charge an extra $100 a night for the dog. (It is illegal to charge extra for service dogs, which we told them). The $100 for the dog compared to the $110 we were paying per person seemed quite unreasonable. They said it was their policy and that was that! When we asked why, the said it was because they had to shampoo the carpets afterward because the next person may have allergies. Only problem with this was that we were in a room WITH HARD WOOD FLOORS! This didn't seem to matter to them. We were also told the dog could not be in the yoga room or the meditation room. Fair enough, but what about the other dogs. We were told they were considered "staff" and didn't usually go inside.

We were hugely disappointed in this unwelcoming yoga center, a place we visited to do some healing and reflection. It was critically important for my daughter to be there with her service dog. After we argued a but with the management, they gave us a full refund and we left just a few hours after having arrived. Don't bother going here, it is not a relaxing, healing or welcoming environment.
