I have never personally utilized TriMedia, but I am highly disappointed with their employees!! How can you watch an old man fall on the ice on the sidewalk/driveway right in front of your building and just sit inside watching and not do anything! My husband and I saw this man fall and thankfully we turned around to help him. It took us a couple minutes to turn back around, and he was still sitting on the ground, in pain, and couldn't get up himself, but TriMedia employees just watched from their office and didn't do anything. Great employees right there!
