Sent us the wrong part and will not reimburse the ...

Sent us the wrong part and will not reimburse the total shipping UNLESS it is FEDEX. We do not have a FEDEX near our house. It will be a 40 mile round trip to return a product that was in the wrong box. They will not send the correct ORDERED part either until their WRONG part is in transit even though they have our credit card information. We have our car scheduled to be worked on tomorrow and now have to reschedule that too. And the wait to get the part we ordered. Do you think they will expedite it? I hope so, but don't think they will because it will cost them money. They do not care that about the gas money I will have to spend to correct their error. I cannot talk to a supervisor either. I called three times and once (first guy's name Michael) gave my name and number for a supervisor to contact me. It might be Monday when they decide to call! The second time (talked to Chris) I called and asked to talk to a supervisor I was told they were was close to closing time (A lie - they close at 10 eastern time and it was 6:45pm) so I would not here from the supervisor until then. I tried a third time and was told that is their POLICY. You cannot just ask to talk to a supervisor. The supervisor will call you. Then Ben decided to hang up on me when I asked him to take my information again and send it again to a supervisor. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOESN"T EXIST AT THIS BUSINESS
