I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey Jacobs with whom I recently had surgery. I was impressed by his studious and thorough examination, explaining to me how and why he chose the correct procedure for my condition.
At first I felt intimidated by the large size of the medical group, but Dr. Jacobs was kind and caring, and I always felt treated as a person , not as part of a mill. Lori, his surgical coordinator, was prompt and helpful in answering my phone calls. The post-operative instructions and care were very complete and reassuring so that I never felt unsupported. I am delighted with the results of my surgery! I definitely recommend Dr. Jacobs as an excellent surgeon.
