Entertainment was really good residual for the kid...

Entertainment was really good residual for the kids, although be aware, not all that is advertised on the screens in there is available at that time. Meals are good but, as to be expected, a little on the costly side. The room, however, was not up to scratch. We did only have the standard 2 bed apartment but this was in need of some major refurbishment. The kitchen was tired and dated, the Pyrex and pans were not clean, the temp knob the toaster was faulty, bathroom was not fully cleaned, hinges broken on wardrobe door and a rather large screw was sticking out quite a distance on the inside of the wardrobe, quilts barely fit the beds without someone being in the bed. Considering this was the beginning of season the carpets in the theater were already/still sticky, chewing gum underneath all the tables we sat at, toilets outside the apartment stank like typical public toilets. On the Monday we arrived we could get on site from 1pm although weren't allowed in room until 4pm. between those times there was absolutely nothing in for the kids at all. A very long 3 hours.... Much improvement needed t to the way the complex is run and organised however staff in sure extremely helpful, kind and friendly and when the entertainment was on it was of excellent quality.
