I have been wanting to buy a car for quite some time and after doing research and deciding exactly what I wanted, I started making calls to dealerships in this area. After being somewhat disappointed with inventory and the lack of knowledge and attentiveness of the sales staff, I called Jackson Auto Group. I spoke to a salesman by the name of Brad Kendrick and was immediately impressed with the ease of conversation, as well as his knowledge and understanding of what I was looking for. As a woman looking to purchase a vehicle, it was a breath of fresh air to speak with someone who seemed to genuinely care about my questions and concerns instead of being dismissive or patronizing. He answered all of my questions very thoroughly. I am now very excited about this car buying experience and working with the staff at Jackson Automotive.
