The food is quite okay, but I am quite disappointe...

The food is quite okay, but I am quite disappointed with the service provided. The service is less organized, the table that I occupy gets food far more late than the other table. Plus when serving food (either because of being in a hurry due to late serving or anything), the food that was being distributed had fallen on the table and taken again with empty hands and then put again into the serving plate, it was really poorly maintained. And what made me most confused, a waiter came to me, asked for help to give a rating for the hotel but instead gave a rating "FOR HIMSELF" without asking my opinion objectively. It says "The service of Ms. Aminah is very satisfied with the service provided". Even though I don't know who it is, Ms. Aminah. Please improve again in the future. thank you
