I wish I could give this place a zero. We booked our room arrived the system was down could not pull up m6 reservation. Ok come back after 4 or you could call and cancel with whomever you booked with. So I was like ok we could do a few things in the area to buy time. Call 4:12 pm the guy got my name and number and some how pulled u0 my reservation. Get back to hotel (DUMP) and do everything manually because system is still down. Ok get in the room a stink mold mildew smell very strong soon as you hit the door. The tub was nasty water leaked all night long water was on the floor soon as we got inside room. Ac was super loud. No MICROWAVE OR FRIDGE. This place could do much better no fitted sheet on bed the sheets was dirty looked like no one changed them. This is my first and last time coming. It s could be a really nice place if you get someone who really really care about the place. How come we have to pay for 93 but you guys gives us 87 that s not fair to the people who are planning a great vacation and it s ruined by false pictures and lies. The furniture was dirty the place needs to be shut down and completely renovated and updated. It could be done with all the money being spent for a motel 6 feeling not a resort feeling. West gate is nice but was trying to accommodate my son this trip was planned for him and ruined.
