Two "suites" reserved on 28 Sep 2018. One on the 7th floor the other on the 8th. The suite at 8 was beautiful and we were looking forward to our suite at 7. When we entered we were shocked. This is NOT a suite but an apartment with a STACKLE BED in which my parents had to sleep !! Scandalous! Of course this was reported at the counter but the friendly girl shrugged. The crockery at breakfast stuck on the shelf, yuck. I had to give 1 star because otherwise I cannot "post" this Oh yeah .... soooooooo!
