Not impressed... location is great. Staff not so much. It started with them ringing the bell to our room in the morning asking if we wanted room service, and continued that morning 5 total times they bothered us. One time we both are in the bathtub trying to enjoy ourselves and they ring and walk right in asking if we need service. Like what?? If we wanted service we would of asked, stop ringing the doorbell for no reason and just walking in. They also have this complimentary car that takes you 2 miles one way. Good luck getting it. It stops taking people at 9... we asked at 9:01. They denied us. Disappointing considering we are paying a lot of money to stay here.
