Friendly welcoming Staff. Piping hot comfortable room in the heat of summer , you would like to think the Air Conditioning would be on and at a lower temperature than 23.5.
As for being a Spire Elite member this doesn't get you much, no coffee machine for a start
Then a steak in their PAD restaurant which turned out to be a mistake! I even sent it back a it was chewy and not edible yet they replaced with Guess what the same steak oh and no cutlery. Let's see what a third attempt at a medium rare Sirloin steak looks and tastes like-shall I be polite and just say disappointing.
