Everyone we met at Banner was great. Especially Coco Wood.
My daughter, Samantha Fellows gave birth to a son on 9-6-16. Prior to that date we had been to Banner several times. Coco assisted my daughter every one of those times. On August 15 we were again at Banner. This time with my granddaughter Gracie who turned 10 that very day. Gracie was very patient but also disappointed that she was spending her birthday at the hospital. Coco, along with his understanding and sweetness, bought Gracie a birthday gift. A stuffed kitten in a pink purse. She was thrilled to say the least. When my daughter was discharged on 9-8-16 Coco was also there to say goodbye and this time with a shell purse with a mermaid in it for Gracie. The entire family will never forget Coco's kindness and good words. Banner is very fortunate to have a valuable employee such as Coco. Needless to say, Coco will always have a special place in our hearts and Gracie will also remember and cherish Coco. Thank you!
