I was contacted by Matthew McCrary about a position with the VA and instructed to forward the requested documentation to him and to text the next day as a heads-up prior to calling. There was no response to the text, no response to the call and no response to the voicemail. A little consideration goes a long way whether you are interested in a candidate any longer or not.
