I had an average experience with Flight Medical. The product I purchased was okay, but it didn't meet my expectations fully. The delivery was on time, but I had some minor issues with the device. The customer service was responsive, but it took a bit longer to resolve my concerns. Overall, an okay experience, but not outstanding.
