I have been working at i-Tech a division of Subsea 7 for a few years now, and overall, my experience has been average. The company has some good projects and a decent work environment. The work-life balance is fair, and the management is approachable. However, there are some areas where improvement is needed. The communication within teams can be better, and there should be more opportunities for career growth. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
