The Covid19 changes have made huge impact !!! To the point of possible closing until you can "fully open". The staff shortage & services are so limited it made for a bad experience. The staff that remains are probably overworked to the point of not being helpful & at a few points, just rude. I had 2 nights booked for my wife's 50th birthday...we left after one. With 50% service should be 50% charges.
