Shipments do not arrive when notice is given. Terrible online service, very difficult to manage an agreed delivery time or date, and when you get it they do not comply (without warning that it will be impossible to fulfill, which would at least be appreciated). Very difficult to speak to customer service. On some occasions I have been notified of the impossibility of delivery when no one has even knocked on the door. They are varied and multiple bad experiences with SEUR, and unfortunately some online stores do not allow the option to veto delivery with this company
