I bought a Laptop with has a lot of issues starting from BIOS is being locked to unable to boot since it hibernated all the time & took hours to wake up by pressing and holding windows key plus X key. The worst part, Computer Solutions and Exchange only refund me 50 % of my full payment dues to the fact this bad seller is accused me that I placed the BIOS and destroy the laptop. Come on... The screws on the back cover was protected by stickers (Similar to Chromebook protection). I did not even touch inside parts. I am a buyer as well as a seller - Don't trust Ebay unless you want to take a chance and risk associated when buying or selling in Bay! Go for Amazon. I rank the Customer Services from Ebay is zero to none. Ebay is practicing "Theft by Deception" and "Misleading advertisement scheme". SEC needs to do their job as Ebay is publicly traded company, it is under SEC jurisdaction as well. I already complained to BBB without result yet. Ebay is getting arrogant and think they are invisible...too bad...I will try to get contact with their board of directors, CEO, media, and state and Federal agencies for this kind of bad behavior. Please do yourself a favor. Refrain buying and selling on EBAY. That's all I could say before you become the NEXT VICTIM!
