I've been a loyal customer of a nearby pilates studio for many years, but decided to give Equilibrium Pilates e Fisioterapia a try. I'm so glad I did! The classes are challenging and the instructors are fantastic. The studio itself is bright and welcoming. I highly recommend Equilibrium Pilates e Fisioterapia to anyone looking for a great workout!
