My designer, Roxanne, was on time, very personable, and most importantly thorough. She took the time to understand my needs and treated me like a partner in the process. She did not leave until I felt 100% comfortable with the design AND price. I can t recall the last time I received that level of service. If I decide to give Closet World continued business, it will be because of her.
