My 92 year old father was hospitalized for exams, etc. First experience, the reception, very average and not efficient (it was missing a paper, I had to go to the nursing home to have it because the reception could not telephone or receive faxes apparently he!) . Then, the information: we do not talk to my father, we treat him like a "gaga" ... Then the next day we leave him in an empty room to wait for two hours ... without giving him food ... Later, when I call the service of his floor to try to understand, I am told: "we can not go to see them every hour!" I informed of these facts the director of the retirement home of Amandiers where my father lives.
It is with "patients" (it takes patience indeed), rather clients that the clinic works. It should not be forgotten! The clinic is paid for this work, it should not be forgotten!
