An application was submitted to PL and EU for Complaint and complaints regarding the actions of one of the Wroc aw Dealers (Bielany).
I have received information that a complaint will be processed within 14 business days (sic!).

The case concerned that despite the 3-year update of the Map, an update was uploaded to the vehicle, which prevented further updates, as well as service standards - it is probably only Bielany Wroc awskie that I neither suggest nor update the Navigation and Maps software.

After 10 days (sic!) The answer that they are asking for the VIN number, that same day they received the VIN number, in total after 16 business days (sic!) Answer (note here is worth a sit down) that "the salon told them that the car owner was informed that he is to update himself. "

So what would be clear:
The person indicated - she was never the owner of the vehicle ... but Toyota Poland did not answer it anymore :)
Access to the 3-year update from the e-store item was cut off, but no one answered anything about it.
Answer after 16 working days - but with them the math is different, as if in 14 working days they responded :)

You will not get requests for the oldest possible update for the vehicle :) buy yourself.

Every 2 weeks (with grace) the answer from Toyota is like a broken plate.

Avoid this Brand ... I do not even know if I have a battery warranty ... because the test was done in January, and the warranty on mytoyot is visible only until June ...
And what about the Dealer? "write to Toyota europe" ...
