We booked a suite weeks ahead and when we walked in our room it a tiny room with one bed! And they still charged me the suite price!! MANAGEMENT SUCKED AND WERE VERRRYYYY RUDE! They did nothing about what happened to us, they gave us attitude the entire time we tried talking to them. There was also a line of people in the lobby arguing with management because their rooms were messed up to, one guy walked by me and said "good luck to you" ... TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I do NOT recommend anyone to this hotel!!
