In an industry that functions behind a fragile patina of hubris and bravado, its rare to find the real deal. Westminster Toyota is a genuine bonafide dealership which has, in addition to the best automobile, some of the nicest and most genuine people I have ever known in this industry.
I came to BC with my family as a new immigrant in September 2017. I got a job in Richmond after a month and I was really in need of a vehicle at that time. I had inquired with few vehicle dealerships in and around Surrey, but unfortunately nobody offered me a good deal. Finally I called Westminster Toyota, and talked to Ms Barb Quon, a sales advisor, and to the Sales Manager Mr. Harvinder Tinna. It was not just a sales process, but relationship building that took place between us. Both of them were really good in their customer service by providing me genuine advice and service.
