Really wish there were other electric company opti...

Really wish there were other electric company options in the area! This company is AWFUL - fees, fines.... accidentally hit the wrong bank account when paying my bill (always in a timely manner) and they charged me $30 for a human error. They told me it was a bank fee which was a complete lie because I had my bank call them because my bank offered to pay the fee but ends up its really not a bank fee its just their own fee they just like to tell us that so they dont look so bad... but, they are bad!
