This is the worst call answering service I've ever dealt with . They are rude inconsiderate of callers situations when answering in representing local companies. They are very unprofessional when it comes to relations between customers they work for and their callers. Dispatcher #1 and supervisors dont really have the qualifications needed to work their positions. If you ever call acors and Griffith heating and air conditioning after hours you will be met with disregard for anything your dealing with and hing up on ignored calls when you call back all at 3am with water leaking from.your ceiling due to a faulty equipment install .... horrible group of excuses for humans ....in my opinion....
