This company does not care about customer service!...

This company does not care about customer service! I had made a request for urgent print work to which they agreed. I then agreed to an increased charge in order for them to print urgently, they charged me extra as expected but the order was not treated as urgent, they only started printing when I arrived to collect. They also failed to follow very clear printing instructions. The people doing the actual printing was not provided with the printing instructions by the person who took my order. Very unprofessional and I will never use them again for any reason whatsoever. I urge anyone who reads this comment to take it seriously, you will be disappointed.
