I have many friends working there, for experiences...

I have many friends working there, for experiences they have the work environment is terrible, very tense, you get fired for anything and do not value your old, your skills and experience, but the worst comes new staff with no experience and earn better wages old to work there ... which makes the department of labor wonder ??
