My truck is in Prattsville Alabama, it has been there for the past month now and coming up on 2 months. I have a claim # which is doing nothing and no one is letting me know what is going on. Pep Boys charged me $2000.00 dollars to fix my Ford F150 and when I was dropped off to pick it up , it made it 15 minutes down the road and was doing the exact same thing I brought it in to fix. I live 8hrs away and had to wait at a closeby Walmart until 2am for my girlfriend to get me from Alabama and take me back to Florida.They give me the runaround of we are looking into it. I need my truck it's my only means of transportation. Kinda hard finding rides to work for a month now.
