The knowledge, adequate timing and just the care that was involved in my purchase. I started my process with Staci who was phenomenal and patient, always making sure to update me and just went above and beyond throughout the whole sale. On the day of my paperwork for my purchase, Ian help me. He was extremely kind, knowledgeable and informative about the vehicle. Ian, also made sure to update me on all the moving parts of the sale.
