This review is for the service department only. Began bringing my CX-5 in 2017 to Dave Hern who was absolutely excellent in every aspect. Always on top of the entire process and friendly. Recently purchased a 2020 CX-9 Signature and had my first 7500 mile service due yesterday. Dave has moved to the Subaru location which was disappointing however I was greeted by Jessica Cosner. She was efficient with great communication while I waited and very personable...everything you want in a service visit. Those of you worried abut Dave being gone, don't be. Jessica is fantastic!
