We had an annual electrical review. While testing the outlets in the kitchen, 3 plugs and the microwave did not come back on after tripping them. Mark and the other tech (sorry I forgot your name!) searched the entire house looking for the correct GFCI outlet.. It turned out we had remodeled the when we remodel the kitchen, they (not Aiello) covered the outlet with paneling from the cabinets! They cut a hole and found it on the first try. They were determined to fix the problem and handled it professionally. Aiello has always provided great service for us bu Mark definitely went over and above to fix this problem.
