Liars. I took my 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latitude to them and they told me it would be $1,400 ($1,000 of which was labor to "clear some codes"). I spoke the mechanic and told him of a very specific issue I noticed with a fuse and he told me I'm right and that they where wrong and it just needs a new wiring harness. I would have been out the $1,400 and then the 2k with what they wanted to do. How does a reputable service department not even look for a fuse issue when troubleshooting an electrical problem? Makes no sense. The McLarty sales department is just as bad when it comes to returning your phone calls or calling when they say they're going to. In addition to all of this, when I finally picked my car up to have it serviced by someone else, the dash was still torn apart and trash was laying in the seat. I don't know how a dealership can be so terrible.
