I followed a previous review from another site and made a reservation to sit in front of Yasuda. While I feel like the quality of the sushi from other chefs would still be good, having a person with that level of knowledge and expertise serving you makes the experience that much more enjoyable. The quality of it all was great and the service was fantastic.
