Hotel staff friendly but sometimes it's to much. Food just ok nothing about any of the food was great. My hotel Breathless was overbooked so this was suppose to be an upgrade but NO! The buffet at golden corral is better. Food never hot just warm. Last night was the worst ever my husband ordered pasta with lobster the lobster was burnt and ramen noodles has more flavor! There's a language barrier but that was expected. I have a voucher to come back to DR not sure if we will use since the hotels are affiliated not sure if I can take another 8 days of bad food.
